hola. me gustaria saber como puedo combinar el producto con la dosis de arroz que como 1 hora antes de ir al ginnasio. en las indicaciones del producto dice de no consumir nada de comida cuando se realiza su toma. gracias

toma 1MR, 20min antes de tu toma de arroz con poca agua, y ya esta solucionado.
