        Hola, me gustaría saber como tomar esta creatina. Cuantas tomas, cuando , que cantidad y si hay que hacer una fase de carga como hacerla. Gracias.

        creatina powder se toma empezando por una fase de carga, durante 1 semana aprox 15g al dia, 5g antes de tu desayuno mezclado con un vaso de zumo o bebida isotonica, otros 5g junto a tu preentreno y otros 5g junto a tu batido post entreno.

        despues deberas realizar un mantenimiento de 5 a 10g al dia, en cualquiera de los 3 momentos descritos en la fase de carga
