Hola, enhorabuena por la pagina y la tienda, queria saber si la dosis de estos bcaas 17.85gramos es valida para cubrir las necesidades de bcaas diarias de un deportista como yo medio=avanzado que llevo 10 años en el gym y actualmente tengo un ritmo intenso de dieta y entreno, acudiendo al gym de 5 a 6 veces por semana durante una hora y media y con un programa avanzado de alimentacion, si con esta toma intraentreno a la que le sumo 75 gramos de vitargo estaria cubierto o necesitaria añadir mas cantidad de bcaas pre o post entreno, Gracias
las recomendaciones basicas de bcaa o mejor dicho de isoleucina valina y leucina se cubren con las fuentes proteicas de tu alimentacion diaria en tan solo y toma de carne o huevos regular, pero como atleta hay momentos en los que ciertos nutrientes se hacen aun mas esenciales y hay que meterlos en mas cantidad, como es el caso de cuando entrenamos, una dosis de 17 grs es valida para una hora de entreno aproximadamente,
