Hola, eso depende mucho de tu nutrición diaria, horarios de comidas etc etc, faltan muchos datos para poder precisarte una respuesta satisfactoria. Lo mejor es que lo tomes cuando no  puedas realizar una comida solida o bien no te interese hacer una digestión larga como antes o después de entrenar. Un saludo.
