It is little known the fact that pure caffein has the real capacity to increase the performance that we usually wxpwct from the coffee. The coffee contains hundreds of active agentes that partly neutralize the positive effect of caffein. In addition, with the coffee it is very difficult to guess the exact dose of caffein. In scientific studies conducted on the application of optimal doses of pure caffein, one demonstrated that one undergoes a considerable increase of the performance and diminution of the pain (level of stiffnesses). Caffein also stimulates the central nervous system, increasing therefore the sharpness and the concentration, besides stimulating the metabolism.
Directions: Depending on your tolerance to the stimulants, apply 1 to 4 capsules (or the dose nearest to 4 to 5 mg/kg of corporal weight) 30-60 minutes before the training or any activity that requires sharpness or concentration. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT!
