The Glutamine is the amino acid more abundant of the blood. Its unique structure contains two nitrogen side chains, that consist of a 19% of nitrogen - done in the primary transport of nitrogen to the muscular cells. te recomiendo tomar la glutamina especialmente al levantarte 30min antes de tu desayuno, durante y despues del entreno, y la caseina al irte a dormir incluso a media noche.
