The Glutamine is the amino acid more abundant of the blood. Its unique structure contains two nitrogen side chains, that consist of a 19% of nitrogen - done in the primary transport of nitrogen to the muscular cells. Directions:

          Preparate si quieres seguir ganando fuerza y masa mus ular. Esa mezcla no deberia que faltar si quieres mejorar.

              Aminoácido totalmente esencial y totalmente recomendable. Única pega para alguno es su sabor neutro, pero se puede combinar sin problema con otros suplementos

                No crei en la glutamina, pero hoy en dia es mi sumplemento q acompaña a las proteinas en los batidos q me tomo.
                Te asegura una calidad de musculo, protegiendolo y dandole un tono bonito.

                  Hola Edgar, La Glutamina potencia la síntesis proteica y mejora por tanto la absorción y aprovechamiento de las proteínas, efectivamente puedes tomarla junto a tu proteína y también antes de los entreno extenuantes o de alto desgaste y también antes de ir a dormir.

                  ¿que me recomendarían tomar antes de dormir, glutamina, caseína, o una combinación de ambas?

                  te recomiendo tomar la glutamina especialmente al levantarte 30min antes de tu desayuno, durante y despues del entreno, y la caseina al irte a dormir incluso a media noche.
