Our formula provides all the 9 essential amino acids. Essential amino acids are indispensable for us, because they cannot be synthesized by the body and therefore must be supplied in the diet. The branched-chain amino acids (BCAA’s) are among the essential ones and they account approximately for 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. The Leucine amount is the highest in our product as it is one of the most important aminos. The consumption of an essential amino acid solution immediately before weight training is great, because of increased delivery of amino acids to the muscles with increased blood flow.
Suggested use: Take one dose (12 g) always before training. Sometimes you can take an extra dose after training. Mix a dose in 400 ml of water and shake for 30 seconds. Letting the drink sit for a while also increases the disolution of the ingredients. Combine with carbohydrate for even better results

toma bcaa y glutamina antes y durante tu entreno, nada mas acabar toma essential amino matrix y 30min despues tu proteina de suero, de esta forma todos los aminoacidos llegaran a sus sitios diana sin interaccionar entre ellos.
