No me gusta por la cantidad de espuma y grumos que deja despues de batirlo.
No repito este producto.

    he probado es producto y el sabor es bueno, pero al batirlo quedan grumos y peor aún, hace mucha mucha espuma, acabas perdiendo mucho valor real del producto. lo siento pero no repito.

      Si has probado las proteínas normales, elite whey o gourmet, olvídate de encontrar un sabor parecido en esta clase de proteínas. Para personas que no pueden tomar derivados lácteos no les queda más remedio.

        É a única proteina à base de ovo que encontrei com sabor e sem soja.
        PRÓS: Nom tem lactose nem soja.
        CONTRAS: Preço elevado. Fai muita espuma. Sabor algo forte. Adoçantes artificiais.
        A minha estrategia: mesturar 3 medidas de Ovofull (proteinas de ovo sem sabor) com umha medida de Egg Pro.

          Estimados Sres. hará algún tiempo realicé la compra en una tienda física de Murcia de proteínas de clara de huevo. Pues bien, mi consulta va relacionada sobre como tomarla ya que al mezclarla con agua en mi coctelera aparece mucha espuma y al final acabo tirando la mitad del producto en dicha espuma que no acaba en liquido por mucho que la deje reposar. Saben ustedes alguna manera de mezclarla para que no aparezca espuma? Gracias

          Hola, que se produzca espuma al agitar el batido de claras en polvo es el comportamiento normal de este producto, de la misma manera que se emulsiona la clara de huevo para hacer merengue. Prueba a reposar algo mas el batido y luego removerlo pero no agitarlo, saludos.
