Hola,no se cuantos gramos tomar y con cuanta cantidad de agua se debe mezclar,lo quiero tomar antes y después de entrenar y lo mezclare con whey, glutamina y creatina. Mi peso es de 78 kilos con muy poca grasa.cuantos gramos de maltodextrina debo tomar antes y después de mi entrenamiento?.gracias

hola javier, el cuerpo tiene una capacidad de absorber este tipo de hidrato de carbono que es la maltodextrina a 60g la hora, es decir si entrenas 45min deberías de ir tomando 50g de maltodextrina durante tu entreno mezclado en el mismo shaker con tu creatina, bcaa y glutamina....la bebida debe de ir al 8% de osmolaridad, al ser una bebida isotópica, es decir para 50g=750ml de agua.
