Hola, carb blocker lo haría para antes de comida fuera de la dieta o muy altas en carbohidratos solamente. Chitosan si lo tomaría de forma continuada antes de las comidas principales. Un saludo

Hola, quería saber con cuánta antelación antes de la comida lo tengo que tomar y si lo puedo tomar junto a chitosán. La idea es tomarlo para ocasiones especiales, no de seguido. Gracias!

Hola no habría problema en combinarlos, pero le aconsejaría usar un bloqueador de hidratos solo en saltos de "dieta" o en alguna comida donde haya mucho carbohidrato extra. Un saludo
