Hola!! Buenas tardes, quiero saber como tomarme la creatina ya que la he comprado hoy y mi plan es un tiempo de 3 meses, cuantos gramos debo al dia tomarme con cuantos mililitros de agua. Muchas gracias!

Hola, tomaría 5 gr con la comida pree entreno y 5 gr con el batido o comida post entrenamiento. Días de no entreno descansaría. Un saludo

hola jesus, si pretendes de tomar pure creatina por un periodo indefinido, te recomiendo tomar 10g al dia dividido en 2 tomas de 5g cada una, pudiendo ser en ayunas y mezclado en tu batido post entreno.

si pretendes tomarla solo por un tiempo determinado, te aconsejo que hagas una fase de carga, de 15g al dia repartidas en 3 tomas de 5g para seguir despues con un mantenimiento de 5g al dia con el batido post entreno.
