La dosis es de 334gr, lo ideal seria 1h antes del entreno y otra dosis justo después si necesitas subir de peso rápido.

Hola tomaría medio cazo con 500 ml de agua en principio 2 veces al día una principalmente post entreno, la otra cuando usted quiera. Vaya controlando el peso y si ve que en 2 semanas o así no ha cogido mucho puede añadir otra toma más en otro momento. Un saludo

Vengo tomando este producto normalmente después de entrenar, mi actividad de entreno es de lunes a viernes y descanso normalmente los sábados y domingos. Mi duda es si los días que no entreno tengo que tomarlo y si la respuesta es positiva la dosis es la misma ...??? Muchas gracias.

Siendo un ectomorfo de 60kg y 1'70 cuantas tomas tendría que tomar y de cuánta cantidad? Voy al gym 5 veces por semana y quiero probar este suplemento para aumentar el peso

Hola empezaría con medio cazo y 500 ml de agua o leche si le sienta bien para aportar más calorías, 3 veces al día una toma principal post entrenamiento haría, las otras 2 cuando usted quiera a lo largo del día es indiferente lo importante es el consumo calorico. Valore el peso en 2 semanas y si no sube tendrá que aumentar la comida, o puede subir a 1 cazo. Un saludo
