Buenos dias , tomatelo antes del entreno y al acabar el cardio, no influye en la perdida de peso, te ayudara a no degradar la masa muscular y recuperacion muscular. gracias un saludo

Hola quería saber si esta bien tomar este producto como complemento con las proteínas platinium hydro después del entrenamiento y habiendo tomado antes del entrenamiento el pre work gold standard. Muchas gracias

hola angel, te sugiero que tomes pro bcaa justo nada mas empezar tu entreno y justo nada mas terminar....30min despues de la 2ª toma, debes de tomar pro complex gainer de on para 1h mas tarde tener tu comida solida regular.
