Entonces entiendo que sería 5 gramos antes de entrenar y otros 5 gramos después de entrenar,¿es correcto?

Hola, la creatina es mejor tomarla antes del entramiento no? en ese caso cual es el tiempo a esperar despues de tomarla para entrenar? gracias, espero la respuesta.

Hola, los momentos ideoneos para la toma de creatina son antes y despues de entrenar, tomada antes de entrenar, deberias tomarla unos 10 minutos antes del entrenamiento y con el estomago vacio. Un saludo.
