    como debo de tomarlo y cantidades diarias y si se puede tomar antes de entrenar

    Hola, tomalo entre comidas o cuando no puedas realizar una comida solida por falta de tiempo o por que no te interese realizar una digestion como cuando vas a entrenar. Las cantidades dependeran de tu peso corporal, la dosis media suele ser de medio servicio del que aconseja el producto, saludos.
