Hola después del entrenamiento puedo poner 3,4g de ceratina en el mismo batido de de mass tech o es mejor por separado o tomarla antes del entrenamiento yo como y voy a entrenar gracias

Hola buenas. Me gustaría saber cuando es el mejor momento para tomar Mass Teach. Soy una persona a la que le interesaría ganar peso y masa muscular. Debería tomarlo después de entrenar o cuál sería el mejor momento para tomarlo??Gracias

Hola buenos días! Si tu objetivo es ganar masa muscular y eres una persona a la que le cuesta mucho ganar peso si te recomiendo tomarlo en días de descanso, por aportar esas kcal y mejorar la recuperación. Valora las dos primeras semanas como es la subida de peso y ve ajustando la cantidad de producto. Un saludo!

Hola, buenas tardes. La dosis a la que se refiere cuando indica 80 gr de proteína es a la que corresponde a consumir la dosis recomendada (230 gr de producto) junto con 500 ml de leche a distribuir a lo largo del día. Esa sería la dosis recomendada a consumir junto con leche. Un saludo.

Buenos dias, lo de la caseina es lo mas usado como una 2 cena, pero si quieres algo mas seria tomar el subidor que tienes de mass tech como una recena , o bien tomar queso batido con la proteina todo junto, esta claro que eso es mejor que comerte dulces, de todas formas tenemos un chat en directo para poder ayudarte mejor y ver que te viene mejor. gracias un saludo
