Buenas, me asalta una duda: pone que hay que tomar de 1 a 3 cápsulas diarias. Pero dicha instrucción es un tanto difusa. ¿Podría especificarme la cantidad de capsulas que debo tomar diariamente? Voy al gimnasio normalmente por la tarde entre 3 y 4 días semanales. Muchas gracias y un cordial saludo.

Hola! Yo me tomo el guaraná por las mañanas. Se puede mezclar sin problemas? Como recomendáis su consumición? desayuno comida y cena? Si me lo tomo antes de entrenar tiene 'más efecto'? gracias!!!

Sí, se puede mezclar sin problemas. Hacer una toma antes del entreno siempre es una buena opción por si parte estimulante, aunque sea pequeña. Te diría de tomarlo antes del desayuno, antes de la comida y antes del entreno.
