hola a ver si Raul Carrasco me puede resolver la duda. Tengo intención de pedir este producto en tienda para tomarlo despues del entreno de pesas y justo antes de empezar el cardio . Mezclaria este producto con la proteina de suero y acto seguido empezaria el cardio ¿crees que es lo correcto ya que este producto se recomienda intraentreno tambien ? un saludo y gracias.
hola eduardo, glycofuse es un suplemento indicado como intraentreno mezclado con aminoacidos libres o bien para despues de tu entreno mezclado junto a tu proteina de suero, o ambas a la vez, no debes de tomar glycofuse antes de tu cardio pues impedira la perdida de grasa, debes de tomarlo al finalizar el cardio.
