What should I do if I want to return my order?

Your have 14 working days to return your order without any justification. The most important thing is that all the products should be in good condition.

You should first notify us and such us recommended by all consumer organizations, send a registered letter to the following address:

Bear in mind that shipping, administrative and all expenses that may occurn due to the return, should be paid by the customer.

How to make a complaint about the received goods?

In case you receive a package with signs of having been beaten, specify in the delivery note. Check all the goods together with the haulier and do not sign the delivery note without writing all the incidents.

If alter checking all the goods, you still see differences between the received goods and the goods specified in the delivery note, please contact us immediately. 

Keep in mind that complaints are only accepted after 14 working days upon receipt.

Return Policy

All purchased goods could be returned and reimbursed as long as your return intention is stated within 14 working days upon receipt. All other conditions specified in this paragraph should also be met.

MOREmuscle would only accept returns that meet the following formalities:

1. The product should be in the same state that was delivered and should keep original packaging and labeled.

2. The same protective cardboard box should be used for the return. Just in case the same box could not be used, a similar one should be used so as to protect the products and reach our premises in good conditions.

3. A delivery note copy should be included in the package and the returned products should be market specifying the returning reason.

After examining the product, we will contact you so as to report if you have the right to get the amount paid back. Only the amount of the items would be reimbursed, never the shipping expenses or cash on delivery ones.

The refund would be made as soon as possible, and always within 30 days from the date on which the returning intention was reported. The refund would be made on the same credit card from which you paid your purchase or in case of cash on delivery orders to a bank account with the same holder. A discount coupon is also possible. It would be sent my e-mail.

As specified before, you will assume all costs and risk of the return.

Those products that are received in the same conditions as sent, would not be returned. It they have been opened or used them would also not be refunded.

This provision shall not affect the rights granted to consumers by law.

Return of defective products 

If you consider that the product has been delivered with defects, you should immediately contact us through our customer service form. You have to suggest the faults it has and some pictures where we can see these defects. 

Once we receive your notification, we will contact you in order to indicate how to proceed. 

Please return the product together with its original packaging, instructions, docs and all accessories.

Once received the returned goods, we will carefully examine it and will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time. The refund or replacement will be made as soon as possible and always within 30 days from the date we send you the confirmation email.

Just in case that the product or products cannot be replaced, the amounts paid because of any fault or defect, will be refunded in full, including delivery charges incurred to deliver the item and the costs you incurred to return it to us.

Partial returns and cancellations will result in partial refunds of the total amount paid for the entire order. Shipping and COD charges will not be refunded if the return is partial. For COD orders we will refund the amount to a bank account that should have the same holder as the person who placed the order. A discount voucher for a future purchase is always possible and will be sent to the customer by e-mail.
