    Hola buenas a cuantos gramos corresponde un scoop? porque pone 5 ml en el tope del scoop pero en en el mismo bote de la creatina pone 3,2 g por servicio.. asi que no se muy bien como tomarlo ni con cuanta cantidad de agua.

    Hola fernando! Lo mejor y mas exacto es que uses esta formula 0.1gr por kg de peso corporal., para saber que cantidad de creatina es la necesaria para ti. Una vez sepas eso, calcula sabiendo que el scoop es de 5gr. Un saludo.

    Antes de entrenar 2 cazos de 5g y luego después de entrenar otros dos cazos de 5g. En total 20g de días de entreno y 10g de días de descanso . Es así? Para una persona que mide 1.83 peso 84kg

    Buenos dias , tomate 8 gramos preentreno y otros 8 gramos postentreno ,es 1 gramo por cada 10 kilos de peso,los dias que no entrenes no se toma nada no hace ningun efecto. un saludo
