hola celso, la creatina puedes tomarla de diferentes formas dependiendo tu objetivo, partiendo como logica que quieras ganar hipertrofia te recomiendo que la tomes empezando por una fase de carga durante una semana 1, 15g por dia, repartidas durante 3 tomas de 5g...ayunas, pre entreno y post entreno seguido de una fase de mantenimiento de 10g tomadas en dos tomas de 5g antes y despues de tu entreno.
