buenas tardes. Acabo de recibir mi pedido en el que incluyo el producto alpha nitrox. En como tomarlo se aconseja (3) capsulas 2 veces al dia con el estomago vacion, una mejor 30' antes de entrenar. Si yo los entrenamientos les hago entre 30/45' despues de comer por falta de tiempo esa dosis serviria de algo al no tener el estomago vacio? Seria tirar una dosis a la basura¿ Gracias

Hola sergio! NO habria problema. Simplemente la absorción no es tan eficaz pero funciona igual. tomalo 10 min antes del entreno. De todas formas al entrenar tan pegado a la comida te recomiendo que esta sea ligera, una crema de arroz con proteína por ejemplo. Un saludo.
