    Yo siempre confio en Weider y con los bcaa no voy a ser menos, te los recomiendo.

      hola pablo, dependiendo de tu objetivo con este suplemento de bcaa, así deberas de tomarlo...como recuperador muscular toma de 5 a 10g nada mas terminar tu entrenamiento, como anticatabolico en fases definición o restricción calórica toma de 5 a 15g disuelto en agua tomándolo durante tu entrenamiento y como potencionador de la síntesis proteica, puedes tomarlo 5g 20min antes de las comidas, no superando mas de 3 comidas al dia.
