Hola muy buenas voy a empezar a tomar animal pack y animal fury en el bote de animal pack el fabricante te aconseja q te lo tomes 30 minutos después de la comida que se realice antes del entrenamiento.Como deberia tomarlo asi como se dice o desayuno y si es asi se puede tomar con fury gracias masmusculo.

Hola buenos días! Mi recomendación es que el animal pak lo tomes junto a la primera comida del día y el animal fury unos 20 -30 minutos antes de entrenar. Un saludo!

Hola, solo se toma el día de entrenamiento? y si la toma es por la tarde podría influir a la hora de irte a dormir? (más que nada por l,o de la cafeína) Mucha gracias

Hola Miguel Angel! SI, solo lo tomarías los días de entrenamiento, unos 20 minutos antes del mismo. No lo tomaría mas tarde de las 17h-18h por lo mismo que comentas, es alto en cafeína y puede interferir con el sueño. Un saludo!
